We at NY Boat Charter are fortunate to have the most professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! They make each charter enjoyable because they truly love what they do, and it shows. We happen to have a fabulous group of women (and men) who are the heart and soul of Royal Princess.
If you read our testimonials, you will read a lot about “Carol” – who was our fabulous Maitre D, and a veteran in this industry. She passed away in February of 2017 but her lively spirit is with us every charter. Our other longtime employee, Lydia, now heads up our service staff making sure the yacht is “dressed appropriately” before each charter. She coordinates the flow of details with our fabulous Chef David and his wife, Kristina,(who has been with us for years and are incredible, the waitstaff, bartenders, and DJ Oscar and DJ Dan (who announce important timing events and get the party going). She makes sure each event runs smoothly. We are grateful to them and our core group including Lisset, Nancy, and…Omar (who you may not see, but is below deck doing his magic).
Before each charter, Lezlee coordinates menu and itinerary details with you, the client, to generate an Event Summary which includes a floorplan for your event. The Event Summary is approved by you, the client, and then distributed to our staff so everyone is on the same page. By the time you step aboard the Royal Princess, you will be treated royally, with intuitive services and all the trappings of privilege that you would expect – and some you wouldn’t! That’s why we appropriately named her Royal Princess!
